The beautiful pebbly beach is formed at the exit of two gorges that originate from Achendrias, converge at Lichnisti, and eventually merge into one before reaching the sea.
In the summer, Maridaki offers tavernas and a few rooms for rent, and it can be reached by canoe, on foot through the path from Tsoutsouras, or by car from Achendrias via a rough dirt road.
