Municipal Cinema of Chania

It is the oldest open-air cinema still in operation!
The Municipal Cinema of Chania Cine Kipos is located inside the Municipal Garden of Chania, and from early June until mid-September, it offers entertainment and a variety of options for children, young people, and cinephiles, who pack the venue every evening to enjoy the screenings.
In the summer of 2023, the screenings at the Municipal Cinema of Chania became even more special and inclusive, as the cinema's canteen was operated by employees of Koi.S.P.E. (Social Cooperative) of the Psychiatric Sector of Chania.
