Vrouchas: Overlooking the Gulf of Mirabello

Vrouchas is a village in the Municipality of Agios Nikolaos, built on the mountain above the Elounda Lagoon.
The drive up offers visitors a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mirabello.
The windmills at the entrance of the village look like something out of a fairytale. In fact, there's an ongoing effort to restore them.
