Their expert guidance will lead you through the tasting process, helping you identify a variety of delightful flavours and aromas. You'll also explore the different olive varieties and the factors that influence olive oil characteristics. Using appropriate tasting glasses, you'll have the opportunity to sample Eliama Daily Value, the award-winning Cretan extra virgin olive oil made from the Koroneiki olive variety.
