On 17 June the curtain rises on the 2025 edition of the “Art on the Road” street festival, organised by the Municipality of Heraklion and its Deputy Mayor for Culture. Once again, Heraklion and its municipal communities will transform into one grand stage of artistic expression and creativity.

Marking its tenth anniversary, this Festival is a celebration of culture for everyone—young and old alike. From 17 to 29 June, a rich programme of events will unfold across 30 venues in the city centre and 25 in the wider municipal area, featuring hundreds of artists and a large contingent of volunteers.
