Lasinthos Eco Park: Take Home a Taste of Crete!

Up on the Lassithi Plateau, tradition is still very much alive.
If you're looking for a true taste of local craftsmanship, head to Lasinthos Eco Park.
Here, you’ll find a wide selection of goods made in-house – from clay creations to carved wood pieces.

Pick up herbs and fragrances from local plants, either dried or processed in the aromatic plants laboratory.
You’ll also find extra virgin olive oil, raki, honey, and wine produced within the park or nearby, as well as traditional Cretan sweets made from must and grape molasses.

Visitors will also discover bowls, cups, and decorative pottery from the ceramics lab, bags and clothing made of woven and knitted fabrics from the loom lab, and wood-carved items from the wood-carving lab.

The shop also offers a curated range of natural Cretan products from local producers, such as cheese, rusks, and olives in a variety of flavours.
There’s also a lovely selection of olive oil-based products, including hand creams and sunscreens, ready to take home.
