Trafoulas Gorge
ABOUT
The gorge starts southeast of the village of Krotos and ends up on a charming beach called Psili Amos (thin sand).
The route begins with some impressive vertical high cliffs and geological formations. This point is so narrow that it used to be called the gorge of Pidimatos (jumping) as animals could jump from one side to the other. There is also the option to start the crossing of the gorge 700m further down, closer to the coast. Along the route are oleanders, and many herbs like thyme and sage.
