Sybritos Archaeological Site
ABOUT
In today’s village of Thronos, 33 kilometers southeast of Rethymno, at the location known as Kefala, archaeological research has revealed remains of the ancient city of Sybritos.
Findings from the excavations, including coins from the ancient city, are on display at the Archaeological Museum of Rethymno.
