Petrokefalo: Atop a Hill Resembling a Human Head

Petrokefalo is situated at the 16th kilometre mark along the road to Agios Myronas, at an altitude of 340 metres.

The village's patron saint, the Virgin Mary, is celebrated on 8th September.

The settlement exhibits distinct characteristics of a fortified structure. More recently, in the vicinity, a carved tomb containing a bath-shaped urn, a sarcophagus, and burial jars was unearthed.
