The Municipality of Hersonissos and the Deputy Mayor for Tourism are once again celebrating World Tourism Day with a full week of events from September 22 to 27, 2025. The aim is to highlight the region’s cultural identity and strengthen the connection between visitors and the local community.

Expect traditional music, dancing and warm Cretan hospitality – a chance for both residents and travellers to experience the richness of local culture through authentic encounters.
