The Chania Carnival in Souda is back and more vibrant than ever, with a wide range of events and festivities. The countdown has begun for the big carnival parade, which will take place on Sunday, February 15, 2026.

Organised by the Municipality of Chania, the Region of Crete, and the Regional Unit of Chania, in collaboration with the Souda Business Association and the local Cultural Association, this year’s theme is “Carnival in Motion.”

Registrations for participation are open until February 7.
