ABOUT
The new Centre for Science and Culture of the Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas (FORTH) is housed in a historic neoclassical building right in the heart of Heraklion.
Visitors have the opportunity to explore FORTH’s pioneering research, its history, and its contribution to society, from its founding to the present day.
On the ground floor, there is a bookstore featuring the high-quality publications of the University of Crete Press, with titles ranging from scientific works to books of general interest.
Soon, a gallery space will also open its doors, showcasing cutting-edge technological innovations, alongside a Technology Museum.
