For the third year in a row, the Kontomari Cultural Association is getting festive with a full day of surprises for all ages on Saturday, December 13, 2025, starting from 12:00 noon, right in the heart of the village square.

As the organisers put it:
“Our square, brighter than ever, will be filled with colours, music, flavours and smiles.”

Expect a string of Christmas stalls offering drinks like hot chocolate, tea, coffee, mulled wine and rakomelo, alongside tasty bites such as antikristo in a bun, hot dogs and homemade pies.

This year’s Christmas bazaar will once again feature handmade creations from local artists, along with the Association’s own stand.

From 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, a series of creative activities for children will unfold, including:
“Where are the candies hiding?”,
“Biscuit decorating”,
“Make your own musical instrument”,
“The little elves’ dance routine”,
and more.
It’s a chance for the little ones to play, laugh, team up, create and make wishes for the new year!

Those feeling bold can go all in with some festive face painting, while the square will also host games for all ages – think carousel rides, air hockey and a visit from Santa Claus himself!

At 8:00 PM, the Flâneurs – Alexia Katsanevaki (vocals), Akis Pitsanis (electric guitar, vocals) and Kostas Pantazis (drums) – will take the stage for a magical retro-style Greek dance night!

Of course, no holiday scene would be complete without a fully stocked bar for the cocktail enthusiasts among you.

The Kontomari Cultural Association invites you to a day full of festive fun, music, bold flavours and aromas, decorations and good cheer!
