On August 8 & 9 2025, Kastamonitsa becomes the place to be for anyone who loves good food, local traditions and authentic village vibes.

The ovens are lit, the Eftazymo festival begins, and the village transforms into a vibrant open-air museum of traditional life. The streets are filled with irresistible aromas, forgotten crafts come back to life — and everything ends in a proper Cretan feast.
