The Nautical Athletic Club of Tympaki (NOT), in collaboration with the Hellenic Sailing Federation and with the support of the Region of Crete, is hosting the Open Panhellenic Interclub Race titled “FAISTOS RACE 2025”. The event will take place on May 3 and 4, 2025, in the coastal waters of Kokkinos Pyrgos port, Tympaki.

The race will feature the Optimist and ILCA 4 classes, bringing together athletes from across Crete in a major sailing event that promises fierce competition and athletic excellence. A total of 8 races will be held, with a maximum of 4 races per day, giving sailors the chance to showcase their skills and talent on the waves of South Crete.

Saturday, 03/05/2025

• 09:00 – 10:30: Arrivals and registrations

• 10:30: Skippers’ briefing

• 12:00: Start of races

Sunday, 04/05/2025

• 10:00 – 16:00: Races

• 17:30: Awards ceremony

The event is expected to attract numerous sailors, coaches, and visitors, bringing energy and vibrancy to Tympaki. It aims to promote sailing sports in the area and foster a spirit of healthy competition and teamwork.
