The first-floor hall of the Municipal Gallery of Malevizi moves to carnival rhythms, having been thematically transformed to offer visitors a distinctive visual experience.

The public can explore the renewed section, featuring a selection of works from the donation of Botis Thalassinos, centred on the theme of carnival. The paintings were created during the artist’s stay in Brazil and capture, through bold colours, movement and vivid expression, the vibrancy and pulse of Brazilian carnival celebrations.

This thematic presentation highlights a particular aspect of the artist’s work, bringing the atmosphere of festivity and extroversion into the exhibition space of the Gallery.
