Modino Mansion (Venetian Kallergis Villa)

Modino Mansion, erected in the first half of the 15^th century, belonged to brothers George and Francesco Modino, feudal lords of the territories of Rogdia, Achlada, and Fodele during the Venetian occupation.

According to the Municipality of Malevizi, the monument is also referred to as the Kallergis Villa, as indicated by the coats of arms displayed on the windows. This monument has been designated a listed monument by the Ministry of Culture. Past repair and maintenance works have been overseen by the 13^th Ephorate of Byzantine Antiquities.

Today, the site is frequently utilised by the Cultural Association of the village for hosting exhibitions.
