ABOUT
Amnisos was the port of Knossos.
According to the Ministry of Culture, the most important monuments or architectural ensembles of the area are:
- Mansion of the Lilies
- Sanctuary of Zeus Thenata
- Building C or Megaro (Mansion)
- E Complex
- F Complex (Mycenaean settlement)
- Venetian dwellings on the Paleochora Hill
