The Municipality of Agios Nikolaos and the Municipal Community of Neapoli invite you to a major celebration dedicated to World Tourism Day, on Monday, 21 September 2026, at 18:30, at the Municipal Garden of Neapoli.

This year’s celebration brings together an authentic mosaic of Cretan tradition, connecting the hospitality of our land with the music, dance and flavours of Crete. Residents and visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy a unique cultural experience in the heart of Neapoli.

The programme includes: Traditional Cretan Music with artists Stavros Priniotakis, Michalis Stefanakis and Antonis Stefanakis – traditional dances by the Dance School “To Spiti tis Technis” of Andriani Galanou – the preparation and offering of traditional delicacies, lovingly made by members of KAPI Neapoli and the Cultural Association “Neoi Neapolis”.

All those attending will be offered traditional, refreshing soumada.
