The creative team behind “Locals Know Better” presents the first episode of the new travel series “Locals Know Better – Ierapetra & Surroundings”, focusing on Ierapetra and the island of Chrissi.

The video was created with the aim of presenting the area through a more authentic and human perspective, highlighting images, points of interest and experiences that define Ierapetra and the surrounding region.

In the first episode, the camera explores the city of Ierapetra, its seafront and some of its most characteristic spots, while special attention is also given to Chrissi, one of the most distinctive natural destinations in southern Crete.

The philosophy of the series is based on the idea that the best way to get to know a place is through the people who live there. For this reason, “Locals Know Better” aims to combine travel imagery with local experience, offering viewers a more direct introduction to the area.

The video includes subtitles in Greek, English, German, French and Spanish.
