In the heart of Crete, where the slopes of Psiloritis meet the historic villages of Amari, the Amari Green Festival celebrates its 10th edition, from 18 to 21 July 2025.
Four days full of activities, concerts, workshops, tours, open-air cinema, games, flavours and stories. The festival spreads from village to village, turning the entire Amari Valley into a large open-air cultural and environmental workshop.

AMGF & 5th UNESCO Psiloritis Geopark Festival “IDAEAN CELEBRATIONS”
On Monday 21 July, the festival connects with the 5th UNESCO Psiloritis Geopark Festival “IDAEAN CELEBRATIONS”.
On the same day, there will be guided tours of the Holy Monastery of Asomaton, Saint Anthony and Patsos Gorge, as well as a vineyard walk and wine tasting at Kourkoulou Winery.

Artists, musicians, dancers, scientists, creators, volunteers and cultural associations contribute to this celebration, showcasing the soul of Amari.
