“Traditional Bread Kneading and Baking in a Wood-Fired Oven”

We will light our traditional wood-fired oven, prepare the sourdough starter, knead and shape our bread the old-fashioned, authentic way!
The event is open to children and adults alike who wish to discover or rediscover the art of traditional bread-making.
