“OPEN HORIZONS" is a photo exhibit by the photographer Nikos Fazos, scheduled for September 7-20, 2026, at the "Orizondas" Association's Venue located at 38A Tsouderon Street, Chania. This visual exploration of diverse cultures and human connections aspires to support the "Orizondas" Association, with all proceeds from the sales donated to the Orizondas’ projects.
This display serves as a photographic record of Nikos Fazos's participation in the 2017 humanitarian mission to Malawi and Tanzania, which aimed at providing children with stationery and school supplies. Every image featured was captured during that trip, bridging the gap between art and meaningful social contribution. “OPEN HORIZONS” encourages the audience to step outside their comfort zone, engage with diverse societies, and experience how photography can inspire travel, evoke emotion, and foster unity.
The exhibition is dedicated to the memory of Anta, who recently passed away and was a close friend of the creator.
