The Municipality of Platanias, in collaboration with the Spilia Community, the Parish of Spilia, and the Marathokefala Cultural Association, as part of its “Cultural Summer 2026” programme, is once again organising the established “July Full Moon” musical event, featuring beloved Greek songs.
The event will take place on Wednesday, 29 July 2026, at 21:00, in the panoramic courtyard of the Cave of Saint John the Hermit in Marathokefala. This site, known for its natural beauty, historical importance, and religious significance, provides the perfect setting for an evening dedicated to music and the full moon.
Performing:
- Stavros Skalidakis and Konstantina Tsita – vocals
- Alexandros Zantzas – bouzouki
- Maestro Giorgos Saltaris – artistic direction and piano accompaniment
