On Friday, 28 August 2026, at 9 pm, the event Jazz from Earth to the Moon will take place under the light of the August full moon, at the Archaeological Site of Tylisos.

For yet another year, we continue the journey that began in August 2011.

As every year, on the night of the Full Moon, we will meet at the Archaeological Site of Tylisos to travel with Jazz from Earth to the Moon.

A dynamic musical encounter that will follow a path from classical to contemporary jazz.

As every year, the event is dedicated to Kostas Kouvidis and all victims of road crimes. We remember, joining our voices and our music to demand an end to the carnage on the roads.

Road crashes are not “accidents”! They cannot simply “happen to anyone”…

Speed, alcohol and drugs, distraction, the appalling state of infrastructure and the impunity of those responsible are the main factors behind them.

We can eliminate them. If the state makes this a priority, if citizens change their behaviour. Countries that chose to do so have succeeded.

– No more lives destroyed on the asphalt.
