Chania once again hosts one of the most important events in the Greek wine world. The Cretan wine exhibition “Oinotika” returns for its 18th edition, taking place on Wednesday 11 and Thursday 12 March 2026 at KAM – Megalo Arsenali (Akti Enoseos & Katehaki Square), bringing together winemakers, industry professionals and wine lovers from across Crete and the rest of Greece.

The event is organised by the Network of Wine Producers of Crete (Wines of Crete) in co-organisation with the Region of Crete. This year’s exhibition also carries an anniversary character, as it forms part of the celebrations marking 20 years since the founding of the Network of Wine Producers of Crete.

A total of 28 wineries from across Crete will participate in the exhibition, presenting to visitors and professionals the richness of the Cretan vineyard.

The “Oinotika” exhibition has now become a meeting point for winemakers, professionals of the sector, journalists and wine enthusiasts, while offering a unique opportunity to discover the stories and the people behind Crete’s wine labels.

Within the framework of the exhibition, there will be an organised Cretan wine shop, where visitors will be able to purchase bottles at a symbolic price. Part of the proceeds will be donated to the Association “Stin Agkalia tis Annas”.

The event is also part of the project “Crete European Region of Gastronomy 2026.”
