8:00 p.m. – Research Presentation
The Women’s Agricultural Cooperative of Pano Roumata “I Archontissa” presents a talk titled “The Cretan Woman through Folk Songs,” with speaker Aspasia Kokologianni.

9:00 p.m. – Theatre Performance
A moving play organised by the Municipality of Platanias, with the support of local organisations.
“Grandmother’s Story” – a real-life testimony from Smyrna during the Asia Minor Catastrophe.
Part of the Municipality’s summer cultural programme.
