“Egkelados” at the Natural History Museum of Crete has regained his shape – and his spot – under the Museum’s earthquake simulator!

In his new position, he triggers frequent earthquakes at the top* of every hour, with magnitudes ranging from 5 to 7.6 on the Richter scale.

Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 15:00 (November-April) / Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 17:00 (May-October)

Saturday – Sunday: 10:00 – 18:00
