KTEL Heraklion–Lasithi S.A., staying true to its annual commitment and in close cooperation with the Nikos Kazantzakis Museum, announces the launch of its bus service to Myrtia, once again improving access for visitors to one of Crete’s most important cultural destinations.

The partnership with the Nikos Kazantzakis Museum continues each year, highlighting a shared commitment to promoting the island’s cultural heritage and making it easier for the public to discover the life and work of the great Cretan writer.

From Monday, 29 June 2026, the new route will operate as follows:

• Departure from Heraklion: 13:00
• Arrival in Myrtia: 13:40
• Departure from Myrtia: 16:30
