The registration process is already underway for the Kastrino Carnival 2026, which will take place on Sunday 15 February 2026.

The Municipality of Heraklion invites everyone — children and adults, groups, schools, nurseries, sports clubs, cultural associations, and Treasure Hunt teams — to take part in the grand celebration that will mark the culmination of the city’s carnival festivities.

Joy, dance, music and pure fun will take over the streets during the colourful parade, which will start at 14:00 from Plateia 18 Agglon, continue down 25th August Street, pass through Lions Square, and make its way along Dikaiosynis Avenue, ending in Eleftherias Square, where the teams will celebrate with live carnival beats.
