At Cape Gramvousa, a different kind of journey begins. Not just a boat ride towards the famous Balos, but an experience full of emotion, imagery, and a cinematic perspective. This is a personal project, with a purpose not just to show a destination – but to share it exactly as it feels.

Through my lens, with the help of drone footage and on-the-ground shots, the uniqueness of the landscape comes to life: the wild, almost mythical Gramvousa with its Venetian fortress, the emerald calm of Balos, and the passage between two worlds – one wild, the other dreamlike.

The video captures a private day cruise on a RIB boat, a group of friends and families, and an experienced captain. But the real story lies elsewhere: in the shadows of the cliffs, in the sound of the wind, in the eyes of children seeing Balos for the first time.

This is a small, independent visual storytelling project, hoping to breathe new life into the way we experience travel destinations – not as tourists, but as people connecting with the place, the landscape, and the moment.
