The programme of cultural events organised to mark the tenth anniversary of the Museum of Ancient Eleutherna has been announced.

Friday, 26 June and Saturday, 27 June 2026: World premiere presentation of the ballet “KORYVANTES” by Studio Daniil Simkin.

Sunday, 28 June 2026: Film screening.

Event start time: 21:00, at the outdoor courtyard of the Museum of Ancient Eleutherna.

500 free admission passes will be available for each event.

Important Information

  • Arrival time: 20:00
  • Final admission time: 20:45. After 20:45, entry to the events will not be permitted, even for holders of electronic free admission passes.
  • Events begin at 21:00.
  • KTEL Rethymno will operate bus services departing from the KTEL Rethymno station at 19:30, with the sole destination being the Museum of Ancient Eleutherna, the event venue. Return transport from the Museum of Eleutherna to Rethymno will be available after the end of the events. Ticket price: €5 per person for both journeys.
  • Presentation of the electronic free admission pass is required for travel on the KTEL service.
  • For your convenience, visitors are encouraged to use the bus service, as parking spaces are limited.
  • Smoking, alcoholic drinks, food consumption, and the use of mobile phones are not permitted within the event area.
